Shenandoah is the only cover song on the CD, but has always been one of my favorite melodies. Though it refers to the Missouri river it is also a “Sea Chantey” sung by sailors out at sea missing their home on land. As a Pieces, I have always felt at home with anything to do with water or the ocean.
